Cancellation policy

Nothing Butt gives you flexible ways to stock up, so you can match your routine and your budget. Order once when you need it, set a subscription for effortless top-ups, or prepay annually for a year of deliveries spaced to suit you. Want to give back? Choose Charity Rolls and we’ll donate them to partner organisations on your behalf.

One-off orders: Pay at checkout, and we’ll pack and ship your order.

Subscriptions

  • Choose how often you’d like deliveries.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you’re charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some plans auto-renew. If you don’t want to renew, cancel before the renewal date.

  • You can pause, change or cancel any time from your account or the link in your order emails.

  • If a shipment is already being prepared, changes apply to the next one.

  • If prices change, we’ll let you know before your next charge so you can decide whether to continue.

Annual plan (pay once a year)

  • Make one upfront payment that covers a year of deliveries, spaced to suit you.

  • You can tweak your schedule between shipments.

  • Annual payments are non-refundable once the term starts. If you cancel, it takes effect at the end of the year.

  • We’ll email before renewal so you can confirm or cancel.

Charity Rolls (Nothing Butt Good)

  • Charity Rolls are a donation purchase. We send them directly to our partner organisations, not to your address.

  • They are not discounted, not returnable and not eligible for offer codes.

  • Nothing Butt Good shares a quarterly update on rolls donated and the money we donate from your purchases.

Offer codes and promotions

  • Unless stated, one code per order. No stacking. No cash value. Not transferable.

  • Unless stated, discounts apply to product price only and exclude shipping, taxes and Charity Rolls.

  • “Lifetime” subscription discounts apply only while your subscription stays active. If you pause or cancel, the extra discount ends and will not auto-restart.

  • We may change, suspend or withdraw promotions at any time. This won’t affect codes already redeemed.

If something is wrong with your order, we will sort it. Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A short description

  • Photos of the item, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label

Our customer success team aims to respond within 24 hours to find a suitable resolution for you.

If you've changed your mind on an item and would like to return it, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. You are responsible for return postage. Cancelling an order: we pick and pack quickly, so there is a very short window to make changes. If you need to amend or cancel, email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk straight away with your order number.

Refunds: once an approved return arrives and passes checks, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little time to show the funds.
