Shipping policy

Where we ship: Right now we ship across the United Kingdom only. We’re working on Europe and the rest of the world and will keep you updated.

How your order ships

  • Orders leave our Essex warehouse quickly.

  • We use Evri, Royal Mail, or another registered carrier.

  • You’ll get tracking directly from the carrier by email or text. If it doesn’t arrive after your dispatch email, check spam or contact us.

Delivery timing and cost

  • Delivery is included on all orders and should arrive between 3 - 5 business days from order

  • Peak periods, bad weather, or carrier issues can add time. We’ll keep you in the loop if that happens.

Changes and address fixes: We pick and pack fast. If you spot a mistake, email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk straight away with your order number. If the parcel has already shipped, use the carrier’s tracking link to manage delivery.

If something goes wrong: If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk within 48 hours with your name, order number, a short note, and clear photos (item, packaging, shipping label). We’ll sort it. See Returns & refunds for the full process.

Pre-orders and split shipments: If your order includes items with different availability, we may ship them together or separately. We’ll choose the option that gets your order to you smoothly and sensibly.

Our approach to impact: We aim for timely shipping that’s as kind to the planet as we can make it: minimal, recyclable packaging and efficient deliveries where possible. We’re not perfect, but we work to be a little bit better.
