Refund policy

If something is wrong with your order, we will sort it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A short description

  • Photos of the item, inner and outer packaging, and the shipping label

Our customer success team aims to respond within 24 hours to find a suitable resolution for you.

If you've changed your mind on an item and would like to return it, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. You are responsible for return postage. To start, email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk.

Cancelling an order: we pick and pack quickly, so there is a very short window to make changes. If you need to amend or cancel, email hello@nothingbutt.co.uk straight away with your order number.

Refunds: once an approved return arrives and passes checks, we refund to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little time to show the funds.
